Extra Virgin Moresca: Monocultivar (single variety)
Moresca is obtained from the Moresca monocultivar and is harvested during October. The delicately fruity olive oil has a sweetish flavor. The taste does not deny the delicate note perceived by the smell. This fineness makes it ideal for delicate flavored foods such as salads and fish.
