Thanks to the collaboration of our producer Gianluca Bonati in Italy,Valoroso Foods has imported, for the first time a wheel of Parmiggiano Reggiano aged 18yrs. This wheel is iconic in the history of Parmigiano Reggiano, as it is the first wheel to have ever been aged so long. The news of this phenomenal wheel of Reggiano traveled fast across our network of grocers and chefs in BC and Alberta, and the wheel was hand delivered, cut in 1/8's to some very deserving foodies who have elected this cheese as the most prestigious Parmigiano Reggiano in the history of cheese.
